WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We currently offer domestic shipping. Stay tuned for updates on international shipping possibilities.
HOW MUCH IS ECONOMY SHIPPING AND HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO REACHME ?
Economy shipping is a flat fee of $10.00. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and 2-4 business days for it to ship. Express shipping is a flat fee of $20.00. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and 1-2 business days for it to ship.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a tracking number so that you can follow your SHE TOOK MY package to your doorstep. If you are unable to locate your order, please reach out to info@shetookmy.com with your order number, full name and shipping address.

HOW TO DETERMINE THE RIGHT SIZE?
All of our pieces run true to size, but fits vary. Please see each item description and size guide and follow us on Instagram for fit guidelines @she.took.my!
HOW TO LOOK AFTER YOUR SHE TOOK MY ITEM?
First and foremost, we recommend you keep a close eye on each item so it doesn’t get taken from your closet. As for washing, each of your SHE TOOK MY items will come with a product care instructions label. It is recommended to machine wash cold or hand wash separately, use mild detergent, do not bleach, tumble dry low and do not iron.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE THE WRONG SIZE OR A DAMAGED ITEM?
For any order issues, please reach out to info@shetookmy.com. We ask that you unpack and inspect your items thoroughly within 14 days of receiving your order. If outside of this timeframe, we cannot offer an exchange for receiving the wrong size or a damaged item. If you receive an incorrect item or believe the product is faulty, but you have worn or washed it before reaching out to customer support, we can no longer exchange this item for you.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
RETURNS
We currently do not offer returns.
EXCHANGES
If you are not happy with your purchase, we can assist you with an exchange based on
a product inventory.
For exchanges, the shipping fee will be charged for the replacement item to be shipped.
If you would like to proceed with an exchange, visit our exchange portal to start the
exchange process and receive your prepaid shipping label. Please allow 3-5 business
days for your exchange to be processed once we have received it.
All items must be sent back new, unused, and with all original packaging within 14 days
of order receipt. Items must be free from signs of damage, wear or odors. Please take
care when packaging your exchange to be sent back to us; if the exchange is sent back
with any signs of wear, a $15 restocking fee will be charged.
Please note that certain items are final sale - refer to the list below and/or the product
description.
